1 cup linseeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pepitas
1 cup gluten free oats*
1 cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup psyllium husks
1 tsp salt
1 tbs honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup of spinach.
optional: 1/3 cup of chia seeds
preheat oven to 150 degrees.
add all dry ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
place water and spinach in a blender and blend until smooth then add to the dry ingredients with the coconut oil. mix together thoroughly then leave to set in the bowl for a minimum of 2 hours (best if left over night).
once set, place a piece of baking paper in the bottom of a loaf baking tray and press the mixture evenly into the tray.
cook in a 150 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 mins.
leave to cool before cutting to avoid the bread crumbling.
serve with all your favourite toppings.

* oats are gluten free, however most oats are grown in fields next to wheat which means cross pollination can cause the oats to contain traces of gluten. therefore, gluten free oats are oats that have not been grown next to gluten based crops. keep this in mind!
